Your new company
You'll be joining a leading design & build principal contractor based in Bristol, seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-specification fit-out and refurbishment projects across the M4 corridor, including laboratories and technical spaces in West London. Your new role
As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of key refurbishment and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover. You'll coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, while overseeing site operations and maintaining high standards in health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance. You'll also lead site meetings, manage change control, and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience managing fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Strong understanding of M&E coordination, design management, and contract administration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
