- A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in project/programme management
- Proven ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation to delivery
- Sound technical knowledge and understanding of the specification, design, build, and test process
- Familiarity with configuration management and experience in supplier management
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coordination skills to lead multi-functional teams
- The ability to work in a transnationally managed environment and travel as required
