We are looking for a Senior Design Manager with experience in leading multi-disciplinary design delivery on secure environment infrastructure programmes, preferably with MOJ experience.
The role involves governing design through RIBA stages, managing designer supply chain packages, and ensuring compliance with various technical standards and regulations.
Candidates must have senior design management experience on major civil or infrastructure programmes, along with prior secure estate experience in sectors such as MOJ, Defence, or airports.
The position requires strong technical literacy, governance capability, and proven leadership of multidisciplinary design supply chains.
An active Advanced or Enhanced Security Clearance is required, and the salary for this position is competitive based on experience.

We are seeking aSenior Design Managerto lead coordinated multi-disciplinary design delivery on secure environment infrastructure programmes (preferred: MOJ experience). You will govern design through RIBA stages, manage designer supply chain packages, lead technical coordination reviews, control design assurance / risk, and ensure compliance with MOJ Technical Standards, CDM and ISO-19650 digital information requirements.

You will interface directly with senior client stakeholders, present at gateways, and drive integration across civils, structures, MEP, fire, security systems and specialist custodial equipment.

Clearance:Active Advanced / Enhanced Security Clearance required

Requirements

Senior DM experience on major civils / infrastructure programmes
Prior secure estate experience (MOJ / Defence / Home Office / airports etc.)
Strong technical literacy & governance capability
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary design supply chain
