6-month contract

Paying up to 650p/d (Inside IR35)

We are assisting our client who is looking for an Agile Campaigns & Project Manager with strong experience and a proven track record in campaign management and award through to the Agile / blended methodology delivery of successful complex projects and programmes.

Responsibilities:

Campaigns delivery from an agile perspective in addition to an understanding of waterfall methodologies
Setting up governance aligning to agile and waterfall methodologies, creating the road map to delivery
Providing advice and guidance to the Project teams on the best practice for campaign set up and mobilisation into delivery, coaching members of the team.
Delivering solutions with a diverse team of both internal resource teams and external supply chains
Commercial awareness with an understanding of contract and commercial management. Experience of financial management.

Experience required:

Agile Practitioner, SAFE certification or other qualifications.
PMQ or PPQ (desirable) or equivalent
Relationship management - building effective working relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
Project Management expertise - especially in requirements capture, risk and financial management
Coaching and leadership - providing within project teams and across a matrix organisation to direct line reports.
Communication- ability to identify and implement communication plans, providing effective and timely communication across the business and within the stakeholder community
