As a Property Manager you will be:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Coordinating maintenance with contractors
- Conducting regular property inspections and producing reports
- Overseeing tenancy check-ins and check-outs, including deposit handling
- Organising safety checks and ensuring full compliance with legislation
- Building strong, professional relationships with landlords and tenants
You will have the following skills/experience:
- Transferable skills or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident dealing with the public face to face or over the phone
- Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Genuine interest in property
Package: 27,000 - 30,000 (uncapped pooled commission)
