Buyer - The Role:A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Buyer to join the regional commercial team. This position will report to the Commercial Director and work closely with site teams.Typical duties & responsibilities: * Negotiate and purchase materials with key suppliers within a multi site environment.
* Produce cost analysis and ensure costing forecasts are adhered. * Raise purchasing orders. * Monitor suppliers and ensure performance targets are reviewed against KPIs * Procurement lead on construction projects. * Scheduling materials, raising orders, cost analysis to expediting delivery.
Buyer - The Person * You will have solid experience with either a national or regional house builder * Demonstrable experience in a dedicated Buyer role * Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things * A good team player, someone who wants to be part of a growing business to achieve common goals.
