We are looking for an ambitious Graduate Buyer to join a highly respected Bristol-based organisation. This role is designed for graduates who want to pursue a career in Purchasing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management. You don’t need prior industry experience – just a real passion for procurement, excellent communication skills, and the drive to succeed.

The Role
As a Graduate Buyer, you will support the Procurement Manager and wider supply chain team in sourcing, negotiating and managing supplier relationships. You will learn all aspects of purchasing while developing commercial awareness and negotiation skills, with a clear pathway to progress into Buyer and Senior Buyer roles.

Responsibilities

  • Support supplier selection, RFQs and price negotiations

  • Process and track purchase orders for materials and services

  • Build supplier relationships and monitor performance

  • Assist with reporting, cost tracking and data analysis

  • Ensure compliance with company procurement processes

  • Gain exposure to cross-functional teams in engineering and operations

Skills & Attributes

  • Recent graduate (any discipline considered – Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or related preferred)

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Commercial awareness and numerical ability

  • Confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

  • Passion to build a career in procurement and supply chain

  • Commitment to professional development (CIPS study support available)
