About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to support our operational teams in sourcing materials, plant, and services. Based in Warmley, you’ll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently, helping manage costs and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Place and manage material orders in line with company procedures.
  • Liaise with Engineers and Suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
  • Maintain and update site sheets and material forecasts on OneDrive.
  • Handle procurement-related calls and emails from field Engineers and Suppliers.
  • Support the development of efficient procurement processes aligned with our CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong communicator with a positive work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Highly organised and confident working independently and across teams.
  • IT-savvy with experience using digital tools and systems.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the procurement function.
  • Previous experience in the plumbing merchant industry, especially trade counter work, is a plus.
