The Company:

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join my client, a leading regional contractor with over 100 years of experience in the construction industry. Their focus allows them to deliver complex and time sensitive projects to clients in the Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Defence & residential sectors.

The Opportunity:

Due to a recently awarded project in Wiltshire, they are looking for an Assistant QS who is keen to take the next step in their career. The position is site based on a £4m NEC4 contract to upgrade and refurbish a high profile existing building. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience with a tier 1 or regional contractor, can manage change control and operate the commercial functions, based on site, working closely with the Managing QS.
