- Identify,analyseanddevelopresponsestocommercialrisks;
- Assistwithvaluecompletedworkandarrangepayments;
- Maintainawarenessofthedifferentbuildingcontractsincurrentuse;
- Understandtheimplicationsofhealthandsafetyregulations;
- Assistwithpreparingofcontracts,includingdetailsregardingquantitiesofrequiredmaterials
- Valuecompletedworkandarrangepaymentsanalysingcompletedworkandarrangingpaymenttocontractors
- Sitevisits,assessmentsandprojectionsforfuturework
- Analyseoutcomesandwriteprogressreports
Skills:
- StrongnumeracyandfinancialmanagementskillsandtheabilitytolearnsophisticateddesignandcostingITpackages;
- Theabilitytowriteclearandprecisereportsandtorelatecomplexinformationinasimplewaytoadiverserangeofpeople;
