The Role:

    • Cost planning & management for high-value Property projects
  • Procurement & contract administration (NEC & JCT)
  • Value engineering & financial reporting to ensure cost efficiency
  • Stakeholder management and client engagement
  • Ensuring project delivery within budget and to the highest standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Property or Critical Infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts
  • Excellent cost control, risk management, and budgeting skills
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field (MRICS preferred)
