The Role:

- Cost planning & management for high-value Property projects
- Procurement & contract administration (NEC & JCT)
- Value engineering & financial reporting to ensure cost efficiency
- Stakeholder management and client engagement
- Ensuring project delivery within budget and to the highest standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Property or Critical Infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts
- Excellent cost control, risk management, and budgeting skills
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field (MRICS preferred)
