Description

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Analyse financial reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with procurement and sourcing of materials and services.

Profile
A successful Quantity Surveyor should have:
- Proven experience in property, housing or facilities management industry.
- A strong understanding of cost management and budgeting principles.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and contracts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- A degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Job Offer
