The Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work directly alongside an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor, delivering both pre- and post-contract cost management services across a wide variety of sectors, including:
- Commercial
- Education
- Healthcare
- Heritage
- Hospitality
- Residential
- Retail
With strong local and national project pipelines, this role offers an excellent platform for a Quantity Surveyor to gain valuable experience, expand their skillset, and develop professionally.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- A RICS-accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
- Ideally 2-3+ years of UK Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
- A valid UK driving licence
- Pre & Post Contract experience
