The Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Quantity Surveyor at Raise Projects, you’ll play a key role in driving the commercial success of diverse, high-profile projects while maintaining the company’s hallmark quality and attention to detail. Working closely with Ryan primarily, and the wider delivery team, you will:

  • Prepare and analyse cost plans and tender documentation
  • Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and valuations
  • Conduct monthly cost and value reviews and oversee project cash flow
  • Negotiate with clients and supply-chain partners
  • Provide commercial advice and insight throughout project lifecycles

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
  • RICS membership (or working toward APC)
  • Demonstrable experience within main contracting or construction management
  • Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost control
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
