A loyal client to Sphereare looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with immediate effect.
Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out, and Cladding / Facade.
My client are looking for a candidate with a strong main contracting background, who will be a site based No.3, reporting into a SQS and MQS. The project will consist of a 33M Cut & Carve Refurbishment to an existing building in Bristol. It will be completed over an 85 week programme.
Relevant degree level qualifications are essential.
