A loyal client to Sphereare looking to employ a Quantity Surveyor with immediate effect.
Your new company are a large National Main Contractor, who specialise in various sectors including Healthcare, Education, Industrial, Retail, Sporting Venues, Transport Infrastructure, Environmental Improvements, Marine, Commercial, Residential and Leisure.
My client are happy to considercandidates who specialisein any of the above mentioned sectors. However, relevant Main Contractor experience and a proven track record acrosslarge new build projectswill need to be demonstrated.Degreelevel qualifications are essential. The ideal level for this role will be an intermediate candidate, with 5 years or more experience in the role, looking to progress over the coming years.
At present, my client are currently leading the completion of the below projects in Bristol:
- 70MCampus Building (new build)
- 50M Industrial Units (new build)
