Role Responsibilities:

Managing the commercial aspects of multiple housing projects

Producing accurate cost estimates and financial reports

Procurement and management of subcontractors

Monitoring project budgets, valuations, and final accounts

Supporting the Senior QS and wider commercial team
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a housebuilding or residential construction environment

Working knowledge of COINS is essential

Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Strong organisational and communication abilities

Able to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks effectively
