What Youll Be Doing:
  • Supporting the preparation of initial budgets and cost plans.

  • Assisting in timely applications for payment and internal cost reporting.

  • Monitoring project progress and financial performance.

  • Managing and communicating with supply chain partners.

  • Assessing subcontractor payments and ensuring commercial targets are met.

  • Supporting contract reviews and commercial compliance across projects.

  • Ensuring data accuracy and alignment with internal systems.

What You Bring:
  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to work independently and collaboratively.

  • HNC, HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Law, or related discipline.

  • Solid commercial experience within construction, retrofit, or building safety projects.

  • Strong IT and documentation skills (Excel, Outlook, Project, etc).

  • A passion for sustainability and delivering quality.
