What Youll Be Doing:Supporting the preparation of initial budgets and cost plans.
Assisting in timely applications for payment and internal cost reporting.
Monitoring project progress and financial performance.
Managing and communicating with supply chain partners.
Assessing subcontractor payments and ensuring commercial targets are met.
Supporting contract reviews and commercial compliance across projects.
Ensuring data accuracy and alignment with internal systems.
A proactive mindset and the confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
HNC, HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Law, or related discipline.
Solid commercial experience within construction, retrofit, or building safety projects.
Strong IT and documentation skills (Excel, Outlook, Project, etc).
A passion for sustainability and delivering quality.
