We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor based in or around the Bristol area.
Day to Day:
Working with a public sector contractor. We are looking for an experienced QS to work within a busy repairs and maintenance contractor, delivering various planned and reactive work streams in the South West. Previous experience of working with SOR is essential.
- Full QS resonsibility accross multiple contracts
- Estimating cost of projects
- Allocating pricing with schedule of rates
- Liaising with site teams to keep projects on track
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- Proven career working as a Quantity Surveyor/ Senior QS
- Experience of managing Public Sector contracts would be beneficial.
- Experience of planned and reactive contracts.
- Sector related qualifications, although experience is more important.
- People managment experience desirable not essential
