Trainee/Sales Negotiator

As a Trainee/Negotiator you will:
- Register and match applicants to available properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate sales , liaising with buyers and sellers
- Coordinate sales progression, working with solicitors, mortgage lenders, and surveyors
- Stay up to date with the local property market
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards
What we're looking for:
- Experience in estate agency is beneficial but not essential
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Target-driven mindset with attention to detail
- Passion for property and great local knowledge
- A willingness to learn and develop within the role
- Full UK driving licence
Package:
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 (Negotiable DOE) + commission
OTE: £26,000 - £33,000
Monday - Friday & 1 in 3 Saturdays (day off in lieu)
