Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out accurate market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing expert advice throughout the sales process
- Creating high-quality marketing materials and launching properties effectively to market
- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers to secure successful outcomes
- Ensuring legal compliance and supporting smooth sales progression through to completion
You will need the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in estate agency, ideally in valuations and listing properties
- Strong track record of winning new business and hitting targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Confident conducting valuations and property viewings
Package:
Salary: £26,000 - £27,500 + commission
OTE: £45,000
