Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a trusted, well established and growing estate agents, based in East Bristol, with the appointment of a Lettings Manager to join their team.

You will take the lead in managing our residential lettings operation. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the rental market, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the lettings process from start to finish, ensuring high occupancy rates and smooth tenant experiences across our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the lettings team to meet targets and maintain service excellence.
  • Create and implement strategies to attract high-quality tenants and boost retention.
  • Oversee property viewings, assess tenant applications, and ensure thorough referencing.
  • Draft and manage tenancy agreements in line with current legislation and company standards.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate lettings records, ensuring systems are up to date.
  • Serve as the key contact for landlords and tenants, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
  • Monitor market activity and adjust pricing or marketing tactics where needed.
  • Manage property marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including online platforms and social media.

  • Proven leadership and organisational abilities, with experience managing teams and handling multiple properties or tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach to dealing with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a solid understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
