Key responsibilities of a Lettings Manager

Running a profitable, well-organised and professional branch
Delivering excellent lettings services for landlords and tenants
Leading by example, delegating effectively, and driving performance
Motivating, training and developing your team to exceed targets
Building market share through strong business generation

Skills and experience required

Current Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Lettings Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister with at least 2 years’ experience, looking to progress
Strong ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
Proven track record in managing, mentoring and supporting a team
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A full UK driving licence
