Property AdministratorLocation: BristolHours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pmSalary: Up to £35,000 per annumAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Property Administrator to join our clients busy Residential and Commercial Conveyancing Department. This key role is vital to the efficient coordination and administration of property transactions, particularly at the point of completion.You will work closely with fee earners and communicate with clients, estate agents, and third parties to ensure transactions are finalised accurately and on time. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential for success in this role.Main DutiesCoordinate and manage all administrative processes related to property completionsPrepare payment forms, including completion statements and transfer requestsConfirm and verify client and third-party bank details in accordance with firm protocolsLiaise with solicitors, estate agents, lenders, and clients to ensure timely completionsMonitor completion checklists and ensure all documentation is complete and accurateTrack, chase, and maintain accurate records of referrals and instructionsAssist with post-completion tasks such as submitting SDLT returns and registering transactions with the Land RegistryMaintain an organised digital filing system and update case management systemsRespond to client and third-party queries in a professional and timely mannerProvide administrative support to the wider conveyancing team as requiredWhat We're Looking For:Essential:Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or property settingStrong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy when preparing documentsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsDesirable:Understanding of the conveyancing process (residential and/or commercial)Experience with LEAP case management softwareKnowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) and data protection regulationsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageSupportive and collaborative team environmentOpportunities for career progression and ongoing professional developmentModern office in a convenient and well-connected locationInterestedClick Apply now to take the next step in your career
