Job Title: Sales Negotiator

With a strong local presence and a reputation for delivering results, they’re looking to grow their sales team with an enthusiastic and driven Sales Negotiator who is ready to take the next step in their property career.

Role Overview:This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property and a hunger to succeed in a sales-driven environment. As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in driving property sales from start to finish, working in a supportive team with strong progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering new buyers and understanding their requirements
  • Booking and conducting property viewings
  • Providing regular feedback to vendors and building strong client relationships
  • Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
  • Working towards individual and team sales targets

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in estate agency or a targeted sales environment preferred
  • If not the above, a keen interest to get into property plus the drive to succeed in a Sales heavy role
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
  • Confident, proactive, and highly motivated
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and a professional manner
  • Knowledge of the local property market (preferred but not essential)

Package and Benefits:

  • £23,000 basic salary with OTE up to £30,000
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm 1 in every 2 Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)
