If you are passionate about delivering outstanding front of house service, have previous reception and or switchboard experience, this would be a great move.The working hours are Monday - Friday 40 hours per week. You will need to be flexible between the hours of 7 am - 7 pm working a shift pattern which may include working the hours of 7.30 pm - 4.30 pm and 10.00 am - 7.00 pm.The salary on offer is £29,195 per annum.Your key duties will include:Working as part of the front of house team, you will be the 'face' of the firm, greeting everyone with a friendly smile and efficient manner, providing refreshments and a calm, yet assured manner to everyone who you meet with.Responding to a range of telephone calls with a calm demeanourManaging 33 meeting rooms which are in high demand, the reception team manage the booking system and coordinate large client meetings, seminars and events through to fine dining and internal activities.The PersonYou will need to have previous telephone reception experience. You'll need to have a very professional approach, as well as a naturally helpful manner as well as being able to cope very well under pressure and enjoy being the face of the firm.
