Receptionist and Client Host – Temporary Cover (Bristol) Location: Bristol City Centre (BS1) Dates: 30th May – 6th June 2025 Rate: up to £15 per hour Contract: Full-time, short-term assignment

Morson Talent is proud to be partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit a professional and customer-focused Client Host for a short-term temporary assignment in central Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced front-of-house or office support professional to join a high-profile, corporate environment and provide outstanding client service during a key period.

Key Responsibilities• Greet and direct visitors in a professional and welcoming manner • Answer telephone calls and manage a console switchboard • Manage incoming and outgoing packages via couriers • Maintain visitor logs and issue security passes or badges • Schedule and maintain boardroom bookings and equipment • Provide general administrative support including typing, filing, photocopying, binding, and preparing mailers

Skills and Experience Required• Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multitask and deliver excellent customer service • Able to work independently and manage time effectively • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
