Key Duties:
- Source, interview, and screen candidates for a variety of roles.
- Liaise with clients and match candidates to job opportunities.
- Undertake business development activities to grow client relationships.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and customers to ensure successful placements.
Requirements:
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Strong communication skills and outgoing personality.
- Willingness to work hard, listen, and learn.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
