The Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant in Education, your job is both challenging and rewarding. You'll be the critical link between schools and the talented educators they need.

  • Build strong relationships with schools and teachers across the region
  • Speak to candidates daily — sourcing, qualifying, and matching them to roles
  • Meet clients in person to understand their needs and pitch your services
  • Guide candidates through the full interview and placement process
  • Negotiate rates and close deals that make a real impact on schools
