Recruitment Consultant

Permanent People are now working with a brand new recruitment company who are looking to employ experienced, 360 recruitment consultants to work from home in their specialism.
You could be a permanent, temp or contract recruiter and key for this role is that you have network to leverage from and can show consistant billings!
This role offers flexible working and would be ideal for those that need to have work/life balance or someone whose been thinking of setting up their own agency but want the support and back office help this position has.
The Role
- You will work in a 360 role in your specialist area of recruitment
- This could be a permanent, contract or temp desk
- You'll build your own desk, with full autonomy and use your existing network
- Business development, candidate sourcing and account management will all be pivotal
Experience Required
- You must have at least 3-4 years current 360 recuitment experience
- Billing at the level of £150,000+ per year as a minimum
- Have your own network with work with from day one
- Mature and trustworthy and have an ability to not need KPI's
