What We're Looking For

We’re on the hunt for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their high-energy team. Whether you’re a recent graduate looking for a commercial role or you’ve got experience in outbound sales, you will receive all the tools, training, and mentorship to become a top-billing recruiter.

Ideal candidates will be:

Highly motivated and target-driven
Confident communicators with a commercial mindset
Either degree-educated OR experienced in outbound sales (B2B/B2C)
Interested in technology, finance, or global markets
Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn

What You’ll Be Doing

Sourcing and qualifying top tech talent across the fintech space
Building and managing relationships with clients globally
Managing the recruitment process end-to-end
Collaborating with an international team of ambitious consultants
Working towards performance-based incentives and rapid progression
