Starting Salary: 25,000 + uncapped commission
OTE: Year 1 45k+ Year 2 70k+

The Role:
- Full life-cycle/ 360 recruitment role - sales driven role
- Clients: sales, cold calling, sourcing leads, developing relationships, bringing in clients
- Candidates: interviewing and candidate management
- Project Management: managing the full recruitment cycle
