Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Temporary Accommodation Officer to join one of our Bristol based clients on a full time temporary contract
Daily duties of the Temporary Accommodation Officer:
- Provide intensive housing management and housing related support to service users
- Assist with onboarding of new properties to the clients Temporary Accommodation portfolio
- Be responsible for undertaking administrative and case file management tasks
- Undertake a case management role including rent recovery, debit control, arrears, sign-ups, voids, repairs and accommodation management responsibilities
- Work effectively with other teams and services to deliver a high-quality service
- Ensure that all cases are supported to move on from temporary accommodation in a sustainable way
Essential experience of the Temporary Accommodation Officer:
- Possess an in date Enhanced DBS
- Previous experience with void properties, lettings, income management and ASB (Desired)
- Full UK Driver's license and access to own vehicle
