What Youll Do
- Lead from the front: set service standards and create unforgettable guest moments
- Build & coacha high-performing FOH team (and work closely with BOH and the owners)
- Run the floor & the numbers: rota, stock, suppliers, budgets and KPIs
- Grow salesthrough sharp execution, smart planning and local marketing
- Hire, train, develop youll create a place people love to work
