Your Role as Branch Manager:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving growth and profitability
Maintain and expand existing business levels
Attend Manager Meetings and collaborate with senior leadership
Win new business and conduct property valuations
Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring excellent client service
