Junior Structural Technician - Bristol

Are you a Structural Technician with a passion for design and problem-solving? A forward-thinking civil and structural engineering consultancy that's looking to add a Junior Structural Technician to their growing Bristol-based team.

Whether you've just finished your studies or have up to 2 years of experience, this is a brilliant opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a range of exciting structural and civil engineering projects.

What you'll be doing:

路Supporting senior technicians and engineers on a variety of projects across multiple sectors
路Producing 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software like AutoCAD and Revit
路Assisting with documentation across all RIBA stages
路Helping maintain accurate project records, drawings, and QA logs
路Engaging with other technicians, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective collaboration
路Staying on top of industry standards, software tools, and safety practices

What we're looking for:

路A good standard of education (college diploma or equivalent in a relevant subject)
路Some experience or understanding of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
路Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle priorities
路A team player with a can-do attitude and keen attention to detail
路Confident communicator, both written and verbal
路Proficiency with basic computer tools (Word, Excel)

路Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
路Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday
路Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with service)
