BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

BASED IN SOUTH WEST ENGLAND REGION

BASIC SALARY OF 40-45K, PLUS COMMISSION AND GOODBENEFITS PACKAGE

My client is an established midsized Facilities Managementcompany who provide services including cleaning, front of house, security, grounds maintenance, engineering services or wholly as TFM to a wide variety of public sector and commercial clients across the UK. They have grown rapidly over the last 10 years through acquisitions and organic growth and are looking to continue their growth by growing their sales teams.

The role:

The role will manage the Southwest of England region, reporting directly to the Business Development Director and working closely toRegional MD. They areresponsible for driving new business growth, identifying and securing client opportunities, managing key relationships, and delivering revenue growth targets.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within a service-led environment
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
  • High energy, resilience, adaptable and comfortable in a fast paced environment
  • Commercially aware and target-driven with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage pipeline and reporting.
