Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Assistant on to join a client based in Bristol for a period of 6 months. This assignment has hybrid working and free parking available.

Role: Finance Assistant

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

Duration: 6 months

Start date: June

Working pattern: Standard full time is 37 hours, with hybrid of 2 days a week in the office, 3 at home

Duties

Supplier Management:

  • Processing invoices
  • Processing purchase order requests ensuring that they are appropriately authorised and coded
  • Creating new suppliers on the system
  • Assist in payment runs
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Query resolution

Sales ledger & Cash Management

  • Receive and prepare income for banking
  • Maintain the cashless payment systems
  • Raise debtor invoices

Expenses

  • Process staff
  • Process overtime claims

Skills/Experience needed:

  • Ideally previous proven experience in a finance role - Mainly accounts payable
  • High attention to detail
  • Accuracy
  • Willingness to lean
  • Team player
  • Computer literate
