We're working with a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in South Glos, who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English Teacher to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time role that will run for the entire academic year, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

About the Role:
You will be delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned English lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, supporting them to develop confidence in both English Language and Literature. You'll have access to excellent departmental resources and will work closely with a team of experienced colleagues to enhance student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative, high-quality English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing effective feedback
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that motivates and inspires learners
- Contribute to departmental planning and wider school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- QTS and a relevant degree in English or a related subject
- Experience teaching English at secondary level
- Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
- A passion for inspiring young people and a commitment to their progress
