Supply Teacher

Class People are proud to be working in collaboration with multiple education trusts in the South Gloucestershire area!

The trust is looking for a Supply Teacher to work across all their settings as a personalised supply teacher for their group of schools. This exciting opportunity comes under a guaranteed contract scheme - and the number of days can be discussed to suit you!

Start date: ASAP or September 2025

About You:

• You’ll be adaptable and confident teaching across a range of year groups (ages 5-11).
• You’ll need to be a strong and capable teacher who can hit the ground running!

What you need as a Supply Teacher:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status in England)
• Strong communication skills
• A real passion for teaching!
• An enhanced DBS certificate (registered with the Update Service or willing to apply through Class People)

Responsibilities of a Supply Teacher:

• Deliver engaging lessons using a range of teaching methods
• Create and follow lesson plans
• Maintain excellent classroom management

Pay Rates:

• Supply: £130 - £170 per day
• Long-term contracts paid to scale: £162.31 - £261.17 per day
