Are you passionate about supporting individual learners to thrive?We're working with a welcoming primary school in Bristol to recruit a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturing learning environments.�? Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing tailored support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs
  • Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
  • Building a positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress
  • Supporting emotional regulation and social development
  • Assisting with classroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion

  • A caring, empathetic, and patient approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs - highly desirable
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification - an advantage, but not essential
