Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for an Service Administrator role working within the Admin and Secretarial sector for our fantastic Forklift dealer client based in Bristol.

This client is very well known in the area and long-standing business and is looking for an experienced administrator to join their expanding team.

The day-to-day duties for this Service Administrator role include -

  • Call Handling and Data Entry.
  • Inputting time sheets into the system
  • General administrative duties.
  • Purchase & process orders.
  • Stock takes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding service-related inquiries.
  • Previous administrator experience is required for this role.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of service-related supplies and parts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Hours of work for this Service Administrator are as follows:

08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

Pay for this position is:

13.00 per hour on all hours worked
