Service Advisor | Chipping Sodbury | £30,000 + Bonus Package

Capella Professional are delighted to be working with a client established in 1967 on their search for a new Service Advisor. The Business is a family-owned dealership located in the market town of Chipping Sodbury, near Bristol and Bath. Situated just off the main street in Hatters Lane, the company offers a range of automotive services.

The company prides itself on delivering friendly, personal service and has an experienced team dedicated to meeting customers' motoring needs. They also provide remote selling services, including home delivery, live video viewing, and remote finance sign-up, ensuring a seamless car-buying experience.

The Role:

As a Service, youll play a key role in delivering a first-class experience to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are maintained to the highest standards. This customer-facing role combines excellent communication with technical knowledge and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking Bookings:

Efficiently handle customer appointments for vehicle servicing, MOTs, and general repair work, ensuring accurate scheduling and optimal workshop productivity.

  • Inbound and Outbound Calls:

Manage a high volume of telephone interactions, providing a friendly, professional first point of contact for customer queries and follow-ups.

  • Customer Retention and Reminders:

Proactively contact customers when their service or MOT is due, aiming to secure bookings and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Selling Service Plans:

Promote and sell tailored service plans to customers, helping them manage maintenance costs while building long-term loyalty.

  • Accurate Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of service histories, vehicle details, and customer communications using internal systems.

Essential Criteria For An Interview:

Experienced within a customer service role

Administration experience

Positive work ethic

Available to work every other Saturday.
