Join Our Partnered Schools Team as an Autism Support Worker

We are currently recruiting Autism Support Workers to work in our partnered school, supporting children with severe and profound disabilities in the Fishponds area. You'll play a vital role in helping students thrive during their foundation years and beyond.

We're looking for individuals who are resilient, compassionate, and eager to make a difference. Whether you're experienced or new to the field, we offer a comprehensive induction and ongoing training to help you succeed.



About the Students

Our pupils have a range of needs, including:

  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
  • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
  • Complex Needs

The school operates across five specialist sites: Infants, Juniors, Secondary, Sixth Form, and an Alternative Provision.



We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience in a similar role or with individuals with disabilities (desirable)
  • Is confident working with challenging behaviour
  • Can provide 1:1 or 2:1 support tailored to individual needs
  • Demonstrates strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Is proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic
  • Is committed to inclusion and continuous learning
