The Role

Are you passionate about supporting people to build brighter futures? As a Supported Housing Worker, you'll play a key role in helping clients maintain safe accommodation and make positive life changes.

You'll manage referrals, assess needs, and provide tailored support to individuals across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. This includes helping clients navigate benefit claims, budgeting, and maintaining their accommodation to high health and safety standards.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role-you'll build strong relationships with partner agencies and work closely with volunteers to create multi-agency support plans that truly make a difference.

You'll also be responsible for keeping accurate records of client interactions and may support reporting to funders and partners. The role involves regular travel to supported housing properties and community meetings, so flexibility and a proactive approach are essential.
