Supported Housing Worker - Bristol
Salary: 25,235 per year
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: Permanent
We're looking for a Supported Housing Worker to help people across Bristol and South Gloucestershire maintain safe housing and improve their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage referrals and assess client needs
- Support with benefits, budgeting, and tenancy issues
- Work with partner agencies and volunteers to create support plans
- Keep clear and accurate records
- Visit housing sites and attend community meetings
What You'll Need:
- A caring, proactive approach
- Flexibility and good communication skills
- Willingness to join an out-of-hours on-call rota
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance)
