What You’ll Need:

A calm, consistent, and proactive approach to support

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team

Confidence supporting pupils with literacy, numeracy, and topic-based learning

A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

Previous school or youth-focused experience is desirable
Your Role Will Include:

Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and daily routines
-
Running small group interventions in maths, reading, and wider curriculum areas
-
Providing targeted support for pupils needing additional guidance or confidence boosts
-
Encouraging engagement through discussion, visual resources, and practical activities
-
Building strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
-
Flexibility to work part-time or full-time depending on your availability
