• Support children aged 7–11 with learning, wellbeing, and confidence in and out of class

• Lead or assist small-group activities in English and maths

• Work collaboratively with teachers to create an engaging, inclusive environment

• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff across the school community

• Experience supporting children in KS2 or a similar setting

• A calm, proactive, and caring approach to classroom support

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Enhanced Child-Only DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
