As a Primary LSA, you will:
• Support pupils in and out of the classroom with both learning and wellbeing
• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Assist teachers in delivering creative, accessible lessons
• Act as a consistent, caring presence who celebrates progress — big and small

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
• The ability to build positive, respectful relationships with pupils and staff
• Patience, positivity, and adaptability in a busy school environment
• Previous experience is welcomed but not essential — attitude, commitment, and warmth matter most
