- Manage a caseload of clients with complex needs, providing 1:1 support at least once a week.
- Developing and facilitating groups and activities for clients.
- Collaboratively developing support plans and working creatively with clients.
- Helping clients to develop new skills and regain independence, as well as support with social inclusion.
- Maximise services users income, reduce debt, and support to manage finances.
- Supporting the housing team through building compliance checks i.e. health & safety, fire, and water.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in social care, mental health, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a supported housing or similar community-based setting.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
